Located in Oaktwin Township of Bago Division with the area of 40 hectares. It is established in 1994, November and you can reach there by car from Yangon to Oaktwin, 268 km and Oaktwin to Seinyay Camp, 32 km along Bago Yoma Crossing. It is about one and half hour drive to SeinyayVillage from Taungoo.

It is home of the best teak, and tocography of Bago Yoma (Bago mountain ranges) is a place of genuine beauty.

Working elephants can be seen in the forest. It is a home of Asia Elephant, tiger, leopard, sun bear, wild bear, gaur, sambur, banteng or wild cow, sneeze and resident birds.
